Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa - Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our F&B team, based within our Brasserie restaurant. The on target earning potential for this role is £47,000 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising of a base salary of £35,700 per annum, plus a qualified estimate of £12,000 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this is a projected salary and OTE.

Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role: As a Restaurant Manager in The Brasserie you will lead, motivate, train and manage the operations for the restaurant. Reporting directly to the General Manager of The Brasserie, you will lead from the front and manage the smooth operational running of service and ensure the team deliver an exceptional and memorable experience for our members and guests. You will assist with the achievement of financial targets as well as focus on training, coaching and developing the restaurant team.

  • Experience in Restaurant management within a luxury hotel or premium brand, with a strong focus on training and elevating customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to get on with a diverse range of people – you can quickly understand, influence and motivate, as well as document and explain requirements to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Experience managing the daily set up and operating procedures of a restaurant with peak pressure periods, ensuring luxury standards are maintained even at the busiest times.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
  • A team orientated, positive, driven, organised and solution focused leader.
  • Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.

About gratuities & service charge: Gratuities (tips) are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role. It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £12,000 in addition to their annual salary.
