This role will oversee membership across both Maison Estelle and our newest opening, Celeste in Notting Hill, helping shape the future of two of London's most exciting private members' clubs.
About the Role: As Head of Membership, you will lead the membership strategy, growth and member experience across Maison Estelle and Celeste. Reporting to the Group Director of Memberships, you will be responsible for driving membership acquisition, engagement and retention, whilst leading a high-performing membership team and acting as a visible ambassador for our community. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of two luxury membership brands. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, building meaningful relationships with members, leading community initiatives and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the exceptional standards synonymous with Estelle.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: As Head of Membership, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day membership operation across Maison Estelle and Celeste.
- Drive membership growth, retention and engagement strategies across both clubs.
- Oversee membership applications, renewals, resignations and member communications.
- Own the full member journey, ensuring an exceptional experience from onboarding through to renewal.
- Lead, develop and inspire the Membership team, providing coaching, mentorship and clear direction.
- Act as a key ambassador for the clubs, building strong relationships with members and prospective members.
- Attend and host member events, dinners, activations and networking opportunities throughout the year.
- Partner with operational, finance and leadership teams to deliver an exceptional member experience.
- Analyse membership performance, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Manage membership reporting, systems, processes and data integrity.
- Handle member feedback and complaints with professionalism, discretion and care.
- Support the development of membership policies, training programmes, SOPs and service standards.
- Work closely with the Group Director of Memberships to shape the future strategy and vision of the membership function.

- Experience representing a premium brand and hosting members in a luxury environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of membership KPIs and growth strategies.

- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with members, senior leaders and operational teams alike.
