Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa - Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team. The on target earning potential for this role is £35,406.40 per annum, based on a 40 hour contract - comprising of a base salary of £32,406.40, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

- The Housekeeping Supervisor assists the Executive Housekeeper and Head Housekeeper to ensure the smooth daily housekeeping operations across the estate.
- You will ensure that all guest areas, bedrooms and behind the scenes facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, continually surpassing our members’ and guests’ expectations.
- You will have an excellent eye for details, and a genuine passion for hosting, confidently communicating with colleagues as well as our guests and members.
