As the Floor Manager, Brasserie your primary function is provide leadership, management, oversee operations for the Brasserie teams. You are committed and proactive and will promote and grow the business, hire and train new starters, and ensure that Maison Estelle members are receiving excellent service.

The on target earning potential for this role is £52,500per annum based on a 45 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £34,950 plus a qualified estimate of £17,550 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

What you will do...
The key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:
- Managing the day-to-day operations and activities within the Brasserie, ensuring the team deliver an exceptional hosted experience for our members.
- Reviewing sales and beverage costs and GP’s, and reconciliating any discrepancies in accounting.
- Liasing with Reservation Depts & host teams to ensure a maximised & cohesive member journey throughout the club.
- Building strong relationships with members & helping curate a maximised experience through the club.
- Setting a good example for the team with regard to punctuality, attendance, attitude and hygiene and ensuring that high standards are maintained at all times.
- To ensure that an effective table reservation system is being used effectively to maximise revenue.
- Assisting in menu planning and pricing and deliver a rich programme of events and original unique selling points which keep our members coming back.
- Proactively managing any member complaints ensuring we follow up so that our members and their guests leave happy with a positive lasting impression.
- Participating and inputting towards food and beverage activities helping to build and deliver innovative activations for Maison Estelle.
- Maintaining all department control procedures to ensure the safe delivery of all food and beverage related products in line with UK food safety and health and safety legislation.
- Being an ambassador for Maison Estelle as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams both when at work and when not.
- Holding Parlour and Basement department meetings and attend club-wide meetings.
- Offering strong leadership, mentoring, and guidance to your team.
- Ensure that the reservations and CRM system is updated with members individual preferences.
- Overseeing creation and development of all training for your team and make sure all colleagues attend training.
- Creating a working environment in which colleagues can be themselves and are able to thrive.
- Motivating your team and colleagues to come up with creative ideas and unique membership experiences.

- Proven experience managing an operation in a luxury / lifestyle food and beverage operation.

- Confident in using purchasing, health and safety and food safety, payroll and rota systems.

- Must be able to work flexibly including evenings and weekends due to the operational hours of the club.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members.
