Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.
Who we are looking for:
In this key role, you will coach and support the Meetings & Events Sales Team, manage complex enquiries from initial contact through to contract, and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the estate. You\’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering exceptional group experiences in line with our luxury brand standards from bespoke proposals and immersive site visits to seamless coordination with planning and operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong background in high-end event sales, a passion for hospitality, and a natural ability to inspire teams and build lasting client relationships.

- Extensive experience in corporate event management within a high end, luxury environment ideally with a deep understanding of group bookings, tailored proposals, and complex event execution.
