WHAT YOU WILL DO
The key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and manage running orders, ensuring all event information is communicated to relevant operational teams in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update event calendars with accurate details.
- Work with the Marketing & Communications team to meet newsletter deadlines and other event design briefs.
- Upload event details and imagery to CRM systems (Peoplevine) and member portals.
- Ensure smooth execution and a first-class member experience by being onsite during events.
- Assist with 'hero' events such as the Summer Party and the Christmas Fair.
- Book external activations like florists and bands and manage supplier invoices.
- Oversee guest lists using CRM guest list software (Zkipster).
- Contribute to brand partnership presentations to enhance member events.
- Support the private events team with organisation of events for members and brands.
