WHAT YOU WILL DO
The key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:
- Creating the member events programme, which revolves around London's cultural calendar and includes events centered around art, fashion, design, food, wine, sport, tech, business and more.
- Arranging meetings with members and potential event hosts to pitch potential event ideas.
- Striving for the highest standards in all of our member programming and tenacity in securing the best hosts and speakers.
- Creating running orders for all events and briefing relevant operations teams.
- Being present at events to ensure smooth running and to build rapport with speakers and members.
- Working with production companies to lead on our annual members summer party.
- Writing the copy for our monthly member newsletter to communicate all events and activations.
- Working closely with the design team to brief in all comms including our events newsletters, invitations and menus, with the support of the Events Coordinator.
Brand Partnerships
- Devising target lists of brands to approach for partnerships.
- Creating pitch decks for brands, with bespoke concepts and ideas for collaboration.
- Negotiating partnership agreements and contracts.
- Building rapport with the brand ambassador leading on each partnership.
- Ensuring all partnership activations are executed to the highest standard.
Ambassadorship and Communication
- To be an ambassador for Maison Estelle and someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams both when at work and when not.
- Having excellent communication skills to confidently liaise with speakers and members.
- Retaining close relationships with all departments, liaising with them on an ongoing basis.

- Proven experience in managing events within the arts or cultural spaces.
- Experience of building relationships.
