Hours: Full Time or Part Time contracts available. Opening hours are Weds - Sat from 6pm - 3am.
What you will do: The key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:
- Creating an exceptional experience for members and their guests.
- Up‑selling products as and when appropriate in a subtle and conversational manner.
- Taking accurate food and drinks orders, using our till system, ordering slips or by memorisation as appropriate.
- Removing dirty items from tables to avoid clutter in a timely manner.
- Feeling empowered to make a decision that will enhance the member experience or defuse any complaints which may arise.
- Being an ambassador for Maison Estelle as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams both when at work and when not.
- Demonstrating a positive and proactive approach to work.
- Continually improving service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand and anticipate member needs.
Who we are looking for:
- Excellent time-management skills; comfortable prioritising what is important during busy periods.
- Obsessive about attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management, and engaging with members.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.
