Scope
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this position is a handsâon dayâtoâday marketing execution role for Maison Crivelli in the UK market.
Main Accountabilities
- Trade Marketing activation - Coordinates retailer materials, ensures delivery, and tracks campaign progress and compliance. Coordinates and updates the UK Marketing Calendar, to ensure cross functional visibility on timings, needs per activation, and stock requirements. Coordinates all aspects of planogram updates and VM tools and visuals distribution for existing permanent counter focus/new launch updates, new counter launches, all promotional activity. Tracks store implementation and compliance photos. Supports logistics, asset coordination, and inâstore / online execution followâups.
- Customer Eventing - Coordinates sample stock, coordinates dispatches, and tracks distribution and store feedback. Supports events in store as needed alongside the retail teams.
- Retail Operational Excellence - Handles NSV allocations and material needs. Coordinates all online product matrix for brand / product page launch or updates. Coordinates all new launch store one pagers.
- New Launch Execution - Collects retail performance data, assists with reporting, and prepares retail support materials. Coordinates staff training, product gifting and new launch internal preparation.
- Reporting - Compiles the marketing activity reports on an ongoing basis. Competitor price tracking and new launch monitoring.
- Budget Management - Coordination of the marketing A&P: PO creation. New supplier set up with finance. Internal spend tracker.
Skills & Experiences
- 1 to 2 years experience in a brand marketing / trade marketing role.
- Experience successfully implementing and executing marketing activity.
- Understanding of UK beauty retailers and department stores.
- Ability to understand commercial priorities and respond accordingly.
- Eye for detail with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literate and proficiency with MC applications PPT, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- A proactive approach and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Selfâmotivated, passionate individual with a canâdo attitude and entrepreneurial growth mindset.
- Experience in beauty or luxury sector (desirable).
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise workload.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
