Maison Bent is an independent London-based fashion brand working at the intersection of design, culture and sustainability. We are seeking an experienced Grants & Partnerships professional to support the brand in securing non-dilutive funding and strategic sponsorships. This is a project-based advisory role operating on a transparent success-fee structure, with fees payable as a percentage of funds secured. The role is ideal for someone with experience in grants, arts and cultural funding, sponsorships or brand partnerships who is interested in working closely with a fashion brand operating within cultural and creative spaces.
Scope includes:
- Identifying and prioritising relevant grants, trusts and funding opportunities
- Advising on sponsorship strategy and target organisations
- Supporting the preparation of funding applications and pitch materials
- Providing strategic guidance on positioning and impact storytelling
Compensation Structure:
- This role operates on a success-fee basis, agreed in advance
- Grants & public funding: typically 8–12% of funds secured (capped per award)
- Corporate sponsorships: typically 10–15% of cash sponsorship secured, depending on scope
