Your Mission:
- Promoting and embodying Maison 123’s values, sharing the brand spirit with both your team and our customers.
- Supporting the Store Manager in the daily management and development of the business.
- Leading, motivating and coaching the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience through an emotional and personalized sales approach to drive all KPIs.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to optimize store results.
- Contributing actively to visual merchandising and ensuring the store’s attractiveness.
