Responsibilities
- Maintain hotel operations daily to ensure effective running at all times.
- Lead the team on shift to allocate duties to appropriate skilled engineer and ensure timely, high‑standard completion of all jobs.
- Coordinate and prioritise distribution of repair‑maintenance orders, ensuring timely completion.
- Check and monitor all completed work to ensure company standards are met.
- Ensure all employees adhere to all regulatory and safety standards as legally required.
About You
- Have current hotel maintenance experience.
- Be fully aware of health and safety procedures.
- Understand water management requirements.
- Have knowledge of environmental responsibilities.
- Be able to perform electrical, plumbing, decoration, and carpentry tasks.
