Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Maintenance Assistant to support the upkeep and presentation of the hotel. You’ll be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks, responding to repair requests, and helping ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities
  • Assist with preventative maintenance schedules
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards
  • Support external contractors when required
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records
