The Sales Enablement lead will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to support the sales team in achieving their revenue goals. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to identify sales enablement needs, develop training and enablement materials, and measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives. The position will play a critical role in improving sales productivity, accelerating the sales cycle, and driving revenue growth in a high performing growth function. Roles & Responsibilities  Sales Enablement Strategy & Execution Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to improve sales team performance. Collaborate with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps, optimise workflows, and enhance sales methodologies. Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align messaging, content, and resources with the buyer’s journey. Drive high performance through enablement initiatives and create a continuous learning environment.Training & Development Own and deliver sales onboarding programs to ramp up new hires efficiently. Develop and manage ongoing training sessions to SRs and Account Directors on products, sales techniques, and competitive positioning both virtually and face to face. Provide 121 coaching for underperforming and high performing account managers and directors. Implement certification programs to ensure sales teams are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.Sales Content & Tools Management Develop, curate, and manage a sales content library (including case studies, battle cards, sales decks, and whitepapers). Drive adoption of CRM, sales enablement platforms, and automation tools to streamline processes. Provide sales teams with real-time insights and data to optimise outreach and conversion strategies.Performance Analytics & Continuous Improvement Track sales effectiveness metrics (win rates, deal velocity, pipeline health) to measure the impact of enablement initiatives. Gather and analyse feedback from sales teams to refine training and content strategies. Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve sales enablement programs to maintain a competitive edge
