We're looking for an

Employee Relations Specialist to join our People Team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on Employee Relations with business partnering, organisational change and strategic People projects.

Working as part of a collaborative People Team, you'll support managers across the business, provide expert advice on complex people matters and help create a positive, equitable and high-performing workplace.

What you'll be doing

You'll manage a varied Employee Relations caseload, providing practical and commercially focused advice on conduct, capability, absence, grievance and disciplinary matters.

You'll also

  • Coach and develop managers to build confidence in handling people matters.
  • Support organisational change, including restructures, TUPE transfers and organisational design.
  • Use People data and insights to identify trends, reduce risk and inform decisions.
  • Provide expert guidance on UK employment law and ensure our policies remain compliant.
  • Contribute to People initiatives that support engagement, performance, wellbeing and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

You'll bring

  • Proven experience managing complex Employee Relations cases.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience coaching and influencing managers at all levels.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to balance people needs with commercial priorities in a fast-paced environment.
