- Job Summary
The Management Accountant will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts and related financial reports including profit and loss, balance sheets, cash flows, variance analysis, key performance indicators, and supporting commentaries in line with agreed SLAs and reporting deadlines.
The role plays a key part in delivering accurate financial insights that drive informed business decisions.

- Support the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
- Ensure strong financial reconciliations and adherence to internal controls.
- Provide clear financial insights and recommendations to aid strategic decision making.
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts including detailed variance analysis and commentary.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations in line with group accounting policies.
- Partner with non-financial managers to communicate and interpret financial performance.
- Collaborate with budget holders to understand cost drivers and variances.
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
