The Customer Order Management Specialist is responsible for managing post-sale order processing and configuration, overseeing all orders and fulfillment of customer requests. This role provides end-to-end ownership and accountability to ensure a seamless, customer‑centric experience. The role holder will validate details of customer orders and configure internal systems to trigger delivery, renewal and billing processes. In addition, the role offers administrative assistance to the Sales and Projects Teams to facilitate accuracy and efficiency throughout the quote‑to‑cash cycle.
