Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of both planned and reactive maintenance for site machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Utilise your skills in both mechanical and electrical maintenance to address a variety of challenges across the site.
- Be a part of the engineering department's growth.
- Fault finding in complex systems.
- Conducting both planned and reactive maintenance.
- Leaving panels in a safe, tidy, and locked condition.
- Developing engineering apprentices.
- Identifying and implementing improvement projects.
Key Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Technician or similar position.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment and performed planned or reactive maintenance.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an engineering, manufacturing, electrical, or mechanical field.
- Electrically biased.
