We are working with an established papermill manufacturing business, producing high-quality paper products within a fast-paced, quality and safety-driven environment. The site operates to ISO 9001 standards, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, product quality and operational excellence.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), overseeing production personnel and shift rotations to ensure output consistently meets technical specifications and quality standards. As Production Manager, you'll work closely with Maintenance, Product and Planning teams to optimise productive processes, support new product development and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
This role would suit an experienced Production Manager from a papermill background, who is confident managing people and shift teams and passionate about driving quality and process improvement. Papermill experience is essential, and as such the client will consider a relocation package for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer and take ownership of a key production function.
Responsibilities of a Production Manager:
- Overseeing production personnel and managing shift rotations
