A recycling company based in Nottingham has a vacancy for a Maintenance Co-ordinator. This role would suit someone who has experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure minimum stock levels of critical spares and engineering consumables are maintained, labeled clearly, in designated storage areas inside the Stores building and external racking area. Generate competitive quotes to ensure the lowest procurement costs, seeking alternative supplier options that meet cost, quality, and service requirements.
  2. Follow up on engineer shift reports to re-order used items in consultation with the Engineering Manager and Maintenance Team Leader. Administer the Computerised Maintenance Management System to close out work orders and update asset information.
  3. Schedule and oversee maintenance PPMs and compile weekly reports.
