Are you a Multi-skilled engineer looking for a new role in Birmingham working Monday to Thursday nights only? A heavy manufacturing business based north Birmingham are looking for a multi-skilled engineer.
Using your Electrical, PLC and Mechanical skills to resolve breakdown issues with minimal impact to production.
- Complete all planned maintenance activities within the specified timescales to support machine efficiency targets.
- Both reactive and planned maintenance.
- Be proactive in personal development in technical skills and knowledge required for the role and be aware of changes in engineering Best Practice.
- Represent the Maintenance department in future projects.
- Represent the Maintenance department in improvement projects.
- Identify new procedures or revisions to existing maintenance procedures.
- Determine TPM, PM elements and schedule for new and existing machinery.
- Determine critical spares requirements for new and existing machinery.
- Effective decision making with respect to the cost of repair.

- £45000 - £47000 basic depending on experience
Qualifications & Skills required in this maintenance engineer's role:
