A recycling company based in Nottingham has a vacancy for a maintenance co-ordinator / stock controller. This role would suit somebody who has previously worked in a fast paced Manufacturing environment in a similar role.

The role of a maintenance stores / stock controller person;
Ensure minimum stock levels of Critical Spares and Engineering consumables are maintained on stock, labelled clearly, in designated storage areas inside the Stores building and external racking area. Generate competitive quotes to ensure lowest procurement costs, seeking alternate supplier options for goods and services that deliver the required cost, quality and service requirements.
Follow up from Engineer Shift reports, to re-order used items in consultation with Engineering Manager and Maintenance Team Leader.
Undertake admin of Computerised Maintenance Management System to close out Work Orders and update Asset information
Schedule and drive maintenance PPM’s and do weekly reports
