We are working with a well-established Robotics & Automation manufacturer and integrator, operating within the automation and advanced manufacturing sector. The business supports both installation and live running sites across a wide range of industries, including Automotive, General Automation, Modular Housing, Food & Beverage, Additive Manufacture, Aerospace and Defence, with a strong focus on safety, compliance and continued growth.

As Health & Safety Manager, you will work closely with the leadership team to coordinate health & safety procedures and operations across the business, covering both installation and live running environments. This is a hybrid role, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, split between the Coleshill head office, home and client sites.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety professional looking to move into a varied, hands-on role with genuine autonomy and influence, working across live and installation environments rather than a single static site.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage health & safety procedures across both installation and live running sites
  • Ensure the safety of employees, contractors and client staff at all times
  • Review and support design risk assessments across projects
  • Write and implement risk assessments and method statements
  • Work closely with the leadership team to embed strong safety practice across operations
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across internal teams and client sites
  • Support machine safety and CE marking compliance where required
Skills & Qualifications
  • NEBOSH qualified
  • ISO45001 auditor
  • Experience writing and implementing risk assessments and method statements
  • Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills
  • Machine safety and CE marking experience is a distinct advantage
Benefits
  • £55,000 - £60,000 basic salary, depending on experience
