We are growing our Contract Maintenance team here at Maintech Recruitment and are looking for contractors based in Leicester or the surrounding area with a can-do attitude and great work ethic! We currently require 2 engineers for a minimum of 3 months at this food manufacturer, working a 4 on 4 off day and night shift. You will be responsible for all shift reactive & proactive maintenance duties. You will need an electrical bias with the relevant qualifications to a minimum standard of a level 3. This role has been deemed outside of IR35 and is paying £33.00 – £35.00 per hour. What we require in a contract Maintenance engineer: Transparency, we will always be open and honest with you and expect the same in return. Reliability, if you say you are going to turn up then please don’t let us down To hit the ground running, you need to be comfortable in your own engineering skills To go in and problem solve Deliver a high standard of work. Weekly pay, with an easy online timesheet’s portal. Inside & Outside work is all fully vetted The best rates we can offer. Skills and qualifications required for this contract maintenance role: Time served electrical, or multi-skilled apprenticeship to at least City and Guilds, NVQ BTEC level 3. Fault finding and interrogation knowledge of PLCs, basic programming and testing would be a distinct advantage At least 5 years working in a manufacturing or highly automated environment maintaining assets.
