Maintech Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Contract Pipe Fitter to support our client on a short-term project based in Burntwood, near Walsall. This is a 2-week contract offering £35.00 per hour, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with an immediate start.
The Role
- Working within a chemical manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for:
- Removing existing process pipework
- Installing replacement pipework to specification
- Working safely within a live production environment
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while adhering to site health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Pipe Fitter within industrial, process, or manufacturing environments
- Previous experience working in chemical plants or similar industrial sites is highly desirable
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong commitment to health and safety
- Own tools and PPE
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
