Marketing Manager: Customer Advocacy & Campaigns — North America. MaintainX is the leading maintenance and asset management platform. We are a modern cloud based tool for maintenance, safety, and operations on equipment and facilities. MaintainX powers operational excellence for 12,000+ businesses including Duracell, Univar Solutions Inc., Titan America, McDonalds, Brenntag, Cintas, Michaels, and Shell. We have raised $254 million in venture capital from leading investors including Bain Capital Ventures, Bessemer Ventures, August Capital, and Amity Ventures. We are looking for a Marketing Manager focused on Customer Advocacy & Campaigns to amplify the voices of our customers across multiple channels and drive our webinar program. You will oversee our customer review presence, manage and grow our webinar program, and execute campaigns that drive engagement, advocacy, and brand awareness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including customer success, sales, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, PR, and design—to deliver campaigns such as case studies, newsletters, and webinars. The ideal candidate is creative and highly organized, with a passion for building programs that highlight customer stories and ensure flawless execution across multiple marketing initiatives.

What you\’ll do

  • Manage our core review sites to ensure quality and consistency of reviews (ex. G2, Capterra, and Gartner Peer Insights).
  • Collaborate with sales, account managers and customer success managers to source reviews and case studies.
  • Facilitate the MaintainX webinar program by identifying trending industry topics.
  • Project manage each webinar end-to-end including owning the project briefs, coordinating with hosts, and driving all of the associated content to promote each webinar.
  • Promote each webinar using email, in-app channels, newsletters, social platforms, and other outlets.
  • Drive the creation of the monthly customer newsletter, collaborating with product, events, content marketing, and PR teams.
  • Build and execute email campaigns for webinars, review initiatives, and monthly newsletters.

What you bring

  • 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, in a similar role
  • Experience working with customer review sites (ex. G2, Capterra, and Gartner Peer Insights)
  • Experience managing webinars
  • Proven track record collaborating cross-functionally and influencing without authority
  • Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Are based in the greater Toronto, Montreal, Raleigh or San Francisco areas.
  • Have experience serving asset-intensive industries, like manufacturing, distribution, etc.
  • Have experience using HubSpot for email marketing.
