MaintainRight Ltd is seeking experienced, reliable and skilled self-employed painters and decorators to support our growing property maintenance and building services business across Exeter and Devon.
Work may include interior and exterior painting, decorating, surface preparation, wallpapering, woodwork painting, minor filling and plaster repairs, and general property refurbishment.
Projects may include residential properties, rental accommodation, commercial premises and property maintenance contracts.
This is a flexible subcontracting opportunity, with assignments offered according to project requirements and availability.
Applicants should have their own professional tools, suitable transport, relevant qualifications or demonstrable experience, and appropriate public liability insurance.
