MaintainRight Ltd is seeking experienced, fully qualified self-employed plumbers and heating engineers to support our growing property maintenance and building services business across Exeter and Devon.
Work may include plumbing installations, leak repairs, tap and sanitaryware replacements, bathroom repairs, pipework, general plumbing maintenance, heating system repairs and servicing.
Gas-related work must only be undertaken by appropriately Gas Safe registered engineers qualified for the relevant appliances and activities.
This is a flexible subcontracting opportunity, with assignments offered according to project requirements and availability.
Applicants should have their own tools, suitable transport, relevant qualifications and public liability insurance.
Competitive subcontractor rates are negotiated individually for each assignment.
