Mainstream Fleet Services are looking for a Class 1 Driver to join one of their clients based in Medway, Kent. Our client is offering a temp-to-perm position for the right candidate.
The main duties will include:
- Driving all vehicles from Class 1 – Van
- Delivering steel pipes around the Southeast
- Manual lifting may be involved
The skills and experience requirements:
- Full C+E Entitlement
- Valid Digital Tachograph and CPC card
- No more than 6 points or have the following endorsement codes showing (DD or DR)
- Compliant to all rules and regulations within HGV driving
- Knowledgeable about Driving hours and Bridge strikes
- Good roadcraft / Geographical knowledge
- Non Smoker preferred as new vehicles
Benefits:
- Pay rate of £18.50 per hour (Across all vehicles)
- All the above rates are PAYE paid weekly
- Holiday accrual will be in addition to the rates
