What You’ll Do
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults (bearings, motors, mixers, provers, control panels, etc.).
- Maintain and improve equipment performance to minimise downtime.
- Keep accurate records using CMMS and manage spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, and regulatory standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
About You
- 2+ years engineering experience in food manufacturing.
- Skilled in both mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Knowledge of OEE, HACCP, and safe systems of work.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
