What you’ll be doing
- You’ll sit within our Reward team, supporting both the day-to-day delivery and the longer-term evolution of our benefits and pensions offering.
Reward & Governance
- Support the development and implementation of our reward strategy.
- Provide insight into pay structures, job architecture, and reward frameworks.
- Ensure strong governance across benefits and pensions, maintaining compliance.
- Review and enhance benefits to ensure they remain competitive and effective.
- Contribute to recognition and total reward initiatives.
Data, Insights & Reporting
- Reconcile payroll with benefits and pension schemes on a monthly basis.
- Support forecasting through cost modelling and trend analysis.
- Produce dashboards and insights for senior stakeholders.
- Play a key role in annual reward cycles (salary review, bonus, incentives).
- Lead on Gender Pay Gap reporting, from data through to narrative.
- Continuously improve data quality, reporting, and reward processes.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in reward, benefits, or pensions analysis.
- Strong data skills, including cost modelling, trend analysis, and reporting.
- Experience supporting salary reviews, bonus processes, or incentive schemes.
- Knowledge of governance and compliance in benefits and pensions.
- Exposure to payroll reconciliation and statutory reporting (e.g. Gender Pay Gap).
