Newly qualified drivers are needed/welcome to apply. Mainstay are currently recruiting for various HGV Class 2 drivers for an established contract in Redditch and Leamington Spa. The role involves delivery to residential addresses on a nationwide basis whilst working with an experienced Class C driver (meaning the workload is then shared). This is an excellent chance for newly qualified drivers to secure a temp to perm position and gain invaluable experience working with another Class 2 driver to forge a career within the transport and logistics industry. This opportunity will offer excellent training, job security and earning potential with a progressing company with well-known and branded clients. Immediate start dates are available.

Delivery to residential addresses, as part of a 2-person team. Monday to Friday, with start times of between 05:00 and 07:00. Saturdays are available but not compulsory. Deliveries per day consist of between 4 and 10, depending on distance (local or nationwide). Ensuring all site/delivery safety rules are followed (as instructed via the induction). To comply with the customer service guidelines (training will be provided).

All applicants must hold a valid HGV Class 2 licence, along with a CPC and Digicard. There is no prior Class C driving experience required for this role. Candidates must be physically fit as you will be delivering stock by hand and assembling on site (training is provided). 50 Guaranteed hours - Equates to almost a £40,000 salary (once permanent). Internal promotions/progression available. Opportunities for employee of the month, employee discount and other perks, once permanent.
