HGV Cat C (Class 2) driver Weekends in Oldham

Job Description We are recruiting for Permanent HGV Class 2 Drivers to work for our client in Manchester.\n Hourly rates: \n Basic - £17.51ph \n Saturdays and Overtime (after 39 hours) - £26.21ph \n Sunday - £35.02ph \n Bank Holidays - £52.53ph \n Breaks are paid - there are no deductions made from your hours \n \nHours of work:\n \nWorking on a 5 ON 3 OFF BASIS, Start times are between 21:00 and 23:59, and you will get a set route of deliveries that you cover every night (and you will start at a similar time every night)\n \nShift Lengths:\n \nAverage 10 hours per shift, with paid breaks\n \nDeliveries:\n \nAll deliveries will be within a 100 mile radius of the depot, you will have a set route that you cover every night which will consist of around 8 deliveries per shift. You will deliver cages of food produce to shops and service stations. You will be required to use a tail lift for deliveries and push the cages into the shops, meaning that all applicants must be physically fit.\n \nTraining:\n \nYou will be enrolled into approximately 2 weeks of fully-paid training prior to working independently. This will be a mixture of classroom-based, yard-based and on the road training, shadowing a driver to learn your route.\n \nHoliday:\n \nAs standard, you will be entitled to 4 weeks' holiday plus bank holidays, which is approximately 20% above statutory.
