We are recruiting for a permanent HGV Class 1 Driver to work for our client in Derby. This will be a full-time position, working around 9 hours per day completing only 1 delivery to the same location every day. There is no handball involved; you will only be required to back onto a bay and wait whilst you are offloaded.
You will be required to complete this job on a 5 on-3 off rotational basis, with overtime available as an extra shift if you want it. You will drive a brand new Mercedes pulling a frozen double decker trailer. The start time for this position is 07:30 and the finish time is scheduled to be 16:30. You will start at the same time every day going to the same place every day. There is no deduction for breaks; they are fully paid, and your run will never change.
