The predicted salary is between 17.51 - 17.51 £ per hour.

We are recruiting for full and part time HGV Drivers for an ongoing or permanent contract in Derby.

The rates of pay are as follows:

  • Basic: £17.51 per hour
  • Overtime (after 39 hours): £26.27 per hour
  • Sunday/Bank Holiday: £35.02 per hour

Breaks are paid and not deducted. All rates exclude holiday pay.

For part time or non-permanent drivers, it is a 7 day operation meaning you can pick the days you want to work. For drivers wanting permanent work you would have to commit to a 5 on 3 off rotating shift pattern. The rates of pay are the same whether you opt for permanent or temporary-ongoing roles.

You will do 1 drop per day working to around 10 hours per shift. All work is inter-depot trunking on a freezer trailer with no manual handling involved.

You will be working for a nationally renowned company driving brand new vehicles delivering food which means the work is incredibly clean and straightforward.

Paid training will be provided and newly passed drivers can be considered for this position.

You must have no more than 6 points for minor offences.
