We are recruiting for a reliable and organised Administrator / FLT Driver to join our team. This is a varied role combining 50% administrative duties and 50% forklift truck operation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both office-based and production-based work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Duties (50%)
    • Processing orders, delivery notes, and shipping documentation.
    • Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records.
    • Updating internal systems and databases.
    • Handling emails, telephone enquiries, and general office administration.
    • Preparing reports and supporting the operations team with administrative tasks.
    • Filing and maintaining records in line with company procedures.
  • FLT Duties (50%)
    • Operating a forklift truck safely and efficiently.
    • Loading and unloading vehicles.
    • Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse.
    • Assisting with stock control and inventory checks.
    • Ensuring goods are stored correctly and safely.
    • Supporting Production operations as required.
Requirements
  • Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (essential).
  • Previous experience in both administration and warehouse environments.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
