We are recruiting for a permanent night shunter to work for our client in Wolverhampton. You will work Monday night - Friday night, 18:00-04:00, 50 hours per week, with additional shifts available as overtime if desired.
As a Shunter Driver your duties include:
- Moving and positioning vehicles safely within the yard and/or depot.
- Couple and uncouple.
- Approximately 40-50 trailer movements per night.
- Communicating with drivers and other staff members to ensure movements are carried out safely.
- Checking for and reporting any damages on the vehicles.
