Mainstay are proudly recruiting for Van drivers for our new client in Saltley, Birmingham. Long distance van work carrying out up to 8 drops per shift on average. Most of the goods will be loaded/unloaded for the driver, so handball is minimal. Shifts tend to start between 04:30 and 08:00. Predominantly this will be Monday to Friday, however, weekends can be available on request. On average, each shift lasts between 10 and 12 hours. Pay Rates: Monday To Friday – £12.00 PAYE (OR £13.50 including holiday pay) Saturday – £14.50 PAYE (OR £16.25 including holiday pay) Sunday – £15.50 (OR £17.38 including holiday pay) Requirements: Minimum 12 months commercial van driving experience Maximum 6 endorsement points for minor offences Benefits of working for Mainstay: Collectively over 40 years of experience within the transport industry.
