We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to join a small, high‑performing engineering team delivering commercial HVAC services across major UK distribution and warehouse facilities — primarily within the facilities of global ecommerce business. This is a hands‑on senior role, ideal for an engineer who enjoys responsibility, problem‑solving, and working across a wide variety of commercial environments. You will act as the senior member of a three‑engineer team, providing technical leadership while remaining fully operational on the tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair commercial air conditioning systems
- Fault finding and diagnosis on HVAC and associated mechanical systems
- Carry out minor mechanical works as required
- Ensure compliance with F‑Gas, Gas Safe and H&S standards
- Support and mentor junior engineers within the team
- Liaise professionally with site contacts and management teams
- Travel nationwide to attend warehouse and distribution centre sites
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in commercial HVAC / AC engineering
- F‑Gas qualified (essential)
- Gas Safe registered (essential)
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving ability
- Comfortable working independently and leading a small team
- Flexible and willing to travel nationwide when required
