The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Roofer to join a team delivering essential repairs and maintenance to Service Family Accommodation (SFA) across the Defence estate. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term, stable role working on occupied domestic properties, where your work will directly support military families living on site. The Role
As a Roofer, you will carry out general roofing repairs and maintenance across a portfolio of Service Family Homes. Working within occupied properties, you will regularly engage with military families and residents, making professionalism and excellent customer service just as important as technical ability.
Typical duties will include:
- Diagnosing roofing issues and carrying out repairs on domestic properties
- Undertaking general roof maintenance and remedial works
- Identifying defects and recommending appropriate repair solutions
- Completing work safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintaining accurate records of works completed
