Facilities Supervisor £45,000 + van Derby Mainstay Recruitment are currently working with a well-established company who are looking for a working supervisor to cover numerous sites across Derby and East Midlands. As a supervisor, you will support the manager whilst also supporting engineers on the sites. Duties: As a supervisor this will involve being 60% on the tools and 40% off the tools The role will entail performing ppm/reactive maintenance across numerous sites covering Derby and East Midlands – 8 sites in total As a supervisor you will be supporting the manager and oversee 7 engineers across the contract by issuing work, providing technical support, and any relevant paperwork completion needed You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including electrical, mechanical, and fabric tasks performing maintenance across aspects such as Generators, Power, Lighting, AHU, BMS systems, Emergency lighting, Fire alarm testing, and plumbing. You will ensure all work completed by yourself and engineers are compliant with health and safety standards Ensure all H&S and compliance documentation is up to date such as Work Permit As a Works supervisor you will update the CAFM system with electronic files such as inspection reports and certificatesCandidate: You will hold technical qualifications within the FM industry e.g. NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Experience within a supervisor role Experience working across commercial sites for a service provider If you feel you have the relevant skills and experience for this role please submit your CV for consideration
