Salary: £41,000 + On Call bonus (worth £150 per week)
Are you an experienced Electrician looking to take the next step in your career? This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team supporting mission-critical defence infrastructure across two key RAF sites.
You will play a vital role in maintaining the safety, reliability, and compliance of commercial, technical, and accommodation facilities - ensuring essential operations continue smoothly and securely.
The Role
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Responding to reactive maintenance issues
- Conducting compliance testing to JSP375
- Completing minor electrical installation works
- Working across commercial and technical buildings
- Completing digital reports via a tablet to ensure accurate documentation
- Participating in a 1-in-4 on-call rota
- Occasionally using company vehicles to move between sites
This is a hands-on, varied role where your expertise directly contributes to the smooth running of essential facilities.
What You’ll Need
- City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent)
- 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification
- Strong experience in commercial electrical maintenance
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of health & safety, supported by a relevant qualification
Beneficial Experience (Not Essential)
- Experience with fixed wire inspections
- PASMA and/or IPAF certifications
