Job Vacancy: Data Analyst Location: Porton Down (with occasional travel to Portsdown West, Fareham) Salary – Up to £35,000 Mainstay Recruitment are delighted to partner with our client a large Facilities Management contractor to recruit a Data Analyst to join a dynamic team at a prestigious site in Porton Down. This job will suite someone looking to develop their skills and build their career as a Data Analyst. This exciting role involves occasional travel to Portsdown West in Fareham and offers the opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding environment. About the Role Reporting to the Compliance Manager, the Data Analyst will be responsible for comprehensive data analysis activities to support contract quality management. Key responsibilities include: Generating daily and weekly status reports. Assisting in the production of monthly and quarterly service delivery performance reports. Supporting site-based audit teams to ensure compliance with contract audit schedules. Participating in onsite audits, identifying risk mitigation actions, and advising operations managers. Ensuring adherence to processes, procedures, and company policies.Key Activities Analyzing performance reporting data and creating macro programs for continuous improvement. Developing process maps to optimize workflows. Assisting with assurance audits and improving contract standards and performance. Supporting investigations into procedure breaches and contributing to necessary actions. Collaborating with internal quality audit teams and external auditors as required. Maintaining and contributing to the annual audit schedule.About You To succeed in this role, you will: Be working towards a relevant accredited qualification in data analysis. Have education to NVQ Level 2 standard or equivalent professional experience. Be proficient in IT, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Have experience creating weekly and monthly reports.
