Mainstay Recruitment are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Services Manager (Electrical) to take on a key leadership role within a high-profile, fast-paced engineering environment supporting critical UK Defence operations overseas.

Based at RAF Lakenheath, with responsibility for RAF Feltwell, this role offers the chance to contribute directly to the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of essential infrastructure supporting the US Visiting Forces community. This is a unique, high-security environment where high standards, technical excellence, and operational reliability are essential.

About the Role

Reporting to the Core Lead / Site Manager, you will be a key member of the Core Management Team, leading a team of Electrical Maintenance Engineers delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across a complex and diverse estate.

You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual requirements, and maintaining the highest safety standards, while continuously improving maintenance delivery.
