This is a full-time, site-based role located at RNAS Culdrose, where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative functions. The position requires a dependable individual who can manage a varied workload with professionalism, accuracy and discretion. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating meetings, booking appointments and managing gate access Maintaining electronic and paper-based filing systems to support compliance Preparing reports, action logs, and accurate minutes for distribution Acting as the first point of contact for internal teams and visitors Monitoring and updating health and safety noticeboards Managing incoming and outgoing post and internal communications Ordering and controlling office supplies, PPE and induction materials Liaising with base security to uphold strict access control protocols Providing flexible administrative support across departments as requiredThe ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in a busy administrative role Excellent organisational and communication skills The ability to work independently and respond to changing priorities Strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook A positive, professional attitude and a strong team ethicThis is a rewarding role within a unique operational setting, where your contribution will support teams delivering critical services to national infrastructure.
