About the Role
Were looking for a skilled
Revenue & Compliance Manager
to act as the key link between
Finance, Commercial, and Operations
helping ensure that revenue processes run smoothly, cash is recovered efficiently, and all financial data is accurate and compliant.
In this role, youll be responsible for managing the
end-to-end revenue cycle
for project works, from forecasting and billing to reporting and compliance checks. Youll work closely with operational teams to support project delivery, resolve system issues, and make sure financial and contractual obligations are met.
Your work will directly impact the companys cash flow, profitability, and client satisfaction.
What Youll Be Doing
Ensuring accurate and timely management of project revenues and cash recovery. Working with Finance and Operations to deliver reliable monthly forecasts and performance reports. Analysing financial and operational data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities. Engaging with clients to resolve issues, mitigate non-compliance, and remove delivery barriers. Supporting teams to accelerate project completion and strengthen financial performance. Identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and compliance. What Youll Bring
Proven experience across
Finance, Commercial, or Operations
functions. Strong understanding of
revenue management, cash recovery, and compliance processes . Background in
facilities management, housing maintenance, or project delivery
(preferred). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders. Highly organised, analytical, and confident working with multiple priorities. Whats on Offer
