to help deliver a major housing maintenance contract across the South of England. Youll take ownership of day-to-day responsive repairs and void preparation, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
In this role, youll manage service partners and subcontractors, monitor performance, drive efficiencies, and ensure operational excellence. Working closely with the Delivery Manager, youll tackle challenges head-on, celebrate team success, and maintain seamless service delivery.
What Youll Need
Proven experience as a Supervisor within Housing Repairs & Maintenance. Strong background in managing contractors and service partners. Sound understanding of Schedule of Rates, compliance, and contract management. Confident communicator with solid digital and people management skills.
