- Identifying defects and recommending appropriate repair solutions
- Completing work safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintaining accurate records of works completed
- Providing excellent customer service and managing expectations whilst working within occupied homes
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and supporting wider maintenance activities when required
Safety is a key priority. You will never work at height alone and will work as part of a team structure consisting of roofers, labourers and a roofer's mate, ensuring safe systems of work are always followed.

- A strong understanding of health and safety and safe working practices at height
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience within social housing, property maintenance or defence accommodation would be advantageous but is not essential.
