An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Manager to join a well-established facilities management team supporting a major MOD estate. This is a key operational role where you will oversee the delivery of reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), remedial works and small projects, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

As Service Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of maintenance services across the estate, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget and in full compliance with health and safety legislation. Working closely with operational teams, specialist contractors and key stakeholders, you will ensure maintenance activities are planned, coordinated and delivered to agreed service levels.
