Role: Operations Manager (Hard FM) Job Type: Full Time, Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager (Hard FM) to be based at Dale Barracks in Chester, responsible for overseeing the effective, compliant and timely delivery of maintenance and response works across a multi-site portfolio. As Operations Manager, you will ensure all works are delivered in accordance with statutory legislation, MOD Mandatory requirements, and relevant Health & Safety and Environmental standards. You will play a key role in coordinating operational teams and contractors, ensuring maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard. Monitor supply chain and subcontractor performance to ensure agreed KPIs are achieved. Review Risk Assessments and ensure appropriate controls are in place. Ensure all completed and ongoing tasks are accurately recorded against assets within the CAFM system. Ensure compliance with Legionella and Asbestos management plans. Carry out inspections and audits to maintain high standards of compliance and service delivery. Project manage a variety of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) tasks from inception through to completion. Work closely with operational teams, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery across multiple sites. To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in Hard FM, M&E maintenance or reactive maintenance operations , together with experience managing subcontractors across multiple sites. This role would suit someone currently working as a Hard FM Manager, Operations Manager or Works Coordinator within a reactive or multi-site maintenance environment. HNC or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering . Experience managing Hard FM subcontractors across multiple sites.
